- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If i could've rated the customer service that I received from Samantha it would have been lower than the 1 star. On 3/16/17 I was given this attorneys office from the suffolk county bar association. I called on that date and Samantha answered and informed me that Mr. Ray was out of the office and what was the case about so I told her that my husbands grandfather left money and it was out of surrogate court. I asked her if she needed the file number she said no but Mr. Ray would. She then asked for my number but not my name. I guess when i received a call back they would just say that someone called and i would have to say yes that was me and my name is... Needless to say today is Wednesday 3/22/17 and i did not receive a call back as of yet. I decided to call back and Ms Samantha was no where near nice. I asked her if she was the one who took my message on Thursday last week and she said with an attitude it's possible i said its unprofessional not to receive a call back in 6days i asked if she relayed my message in which she didnt answer yes or no. I informed her that she never asked me my name on thursday that she just asked for my phone number. She asked do you need a lawyer or are you just going to keep spewing accusations? It was at that point that i said no i do not need an attorney. I would never do business with such an unprofessional company. If this was my company i wouldn't have someone representing me with this type of attitude. Im sure another attorney will be more than willing to handle this case. Maybe you should pay for Samantha to take a course in customer service and mannerisms.By Yolanda Gracia, July 28, 2017
